The "professionals" led me to believe the only way to clear my ingound pool water was to drain and refill it. Within 48 hours my pool was losing water. The liner sustained a stress tear and i lost 3/4 of my water and had to get a diver to repair it.then refill it.Pat MacDougall's response was, "oh well what do you want me to do about it, its not MY fault".MY LINER WAS FINE TIL THEY DID WORK! I am out 2000.00. 3 other pool companies said NO ONE reputable would have drained a pool with a 10yr old vinyl liner because the stress of the drain and refill can cause damage. I would advise anyone to use caution when dealing with this company.
