I was an employee at Cottoman for a total of 1 month working under Tim Crawford ( which is a good guy)..Never had one problem the entire time under Tim Crawford. I have been doing mechanic work for over 15yrs. owning my own business. Jody ( the assistant) came in to work our Greensboro shop for 2 weeks. During this time Jody did not like me as a BLACK GUY. He address me as BOY over an over. When I didn't like it, I came to work that Monday and Iwas terminated.. Just on the assumption he ( Jody) didn't like my work, mind you I had already been there a month working under Tim Crawford without any problems. Jody does NOT talk to Black customers in a professional manner. I feel it is really degrading and I felt offended I was terminated because I didn't like being called BOY. What a bad work experience..\r \r WRONGFULLY TREATED
