I recently had to be in Bemdji due to a family emergency. I had to change my departure time on two different occasions. I had a good experience with the Enterprise Rep in making the extention of my rental and making payment. I would request and ask that After hours rental option be made easier and available to all renters. The Airport in Bemidji has flights coming in past the closing hours of all 3 car rental agencies located there. The most convenient after hours is with another rental agency. For someone who believes in brand loyalty this creates a conflict. Please reconsider your after hours pick up policies and make it available for all potential clients.
