We have a lot of weather issues here where it rains for several days in a row. I've had an old pump for many years, and I was afraid it was going to break down on me, so I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to take a look at it. They came out and had a pump in their truck, and that same day, they were able to install it. Some pumps were getting sold our in the city, and yet, they had exactly what I needed. I was really impressed with the fast service. The price was a little bit more expensive, but they had a guarantee on it, so it was well worth the money. It has been working well ever since the installation. I used them once before this for another job, and they did just as good a job. Every time I have a problem, they always seem to send out people who are truly specialized in that area. They're completely proficient in their field. They are also very friendly to their customers. If you have something that you need done, I am certain Benjamin Franklin Plumbing has the capabilities to handle the job well.
