Tim Bigham is my sales guy-and he's the reason I always come back to king Jewelers. The happiness and satisfaction of his customers is far and away the most important thing for Tim, in my opinion. He is extremely knowledgeable as well-whether it's diamonds or colored stones or a Rolex, Tim is at home in all these areas. And I have a daughter who is 24-I've been buying for her with Tim for years. So I know full well the man has the patience of a saint. And in the past, he has simple bent over backwards to help make her happy. If Tim left king Jewelers, I could only hope he wouldst us know where he was going!
