Very unhappy with groans and clunks from (what I learned from other reviewers is) top strut mounts. Company offered full refund including prepaid shipping. Which is nice ... But ... They will not assist at all towards the cost of labor. On most products this is known and acceptable. But when the only way to learn of this issue is to install them, ... Now we're talking serious money. I feel it is unfair to have to pay all of the labor, and proposed that they meet me half way. I figure that it is an unfair tactic to sell something that turns out to be defective, requiring the purchaser to pay for the product "testing." $150 for 2 front quick-replace struts cost $250 in labor to install. Now I have to buy name-brand (Gabriel) quick-change struts, at about $150 each, and again pay $250 labor. So $500 has quickly become $650. Plus the inconvenience, plus tax, etc. Lesson to be learned: Buy a reputable brand name through a local dealer (auto parts supply store). I would even steer clear of parts-store brand
