Very dissatisfied with the service once again. I have had my vehicle in numerous times for problems with my blue tooth. Last summer after taking the car in numerous times and nothing was fixed I had Eddie, the service advisor and the tech who had worked on my car come outside after I had just picked up the car and was told nothing was wrong. This time both Eddie and the tech saw or should I say heard for themselves that it wasn't working. I was told to bring it in and they would replace the Bluetooth in the car. I did and once again nothing. Same situation last week. I also took the car in because of a vibration when applying the brakes at high speeds. I was told my rotors needed to be turned down and new brake pads for the front wheels for $320. My car only had 9,800 miles. It is always in the garage and isn't driven on bad roads. I previously bought a 2008 Elantra with 24,000 miles on it and original brakes. I am VERY dissatisfied with the dealership and my Elantra!!!!!
