In early June 2014, Brian Radesic estimated a “Refinish-Sand, Natural finish, 3 coats of Poly” for my floors. At that time he provided a copy of an insurance policy that expired 5/31/2014. After accepting his bid on the job, I reminded him that I would need a new Certificate of Insurance. He left a message that he had sent the insurance check, but had not received his policy. He said he would provide the certificate as soon as possible. The job was scheduled for July 28, 2014. On the 28th, two men showed up who had no discernable connection with Fabulous Floors. As the job began, I pressed for proof of insurance, and never received one from Fabulous Floors. Be very careful when dealing with this company, as they leave unsigned documents with you, do not answer phones and do not deliver what is promised. Ultimately I find out this is a tangled web of companies including in my case a “scheduler”, an “estimator” (Mr. Radesic), and subcontractors who actually do the wo
