Review content:
Septic Services came out right away but there didn't seem to be anything to pump out. They charged me anyway. I had a different plumbing problem, that was causing a smell, that I thought was there because of the septic pump but when he got there, he didn't say anything and just pumped. I don't know if they were honest about how much they usually pump and I didn't know how much would be there.
RESPONSE FROM Septic Services Inc:
We've provided septic tank pumping for over 30 years and have serviced over 100,000 septic systems. So we were not happy to hear that you were dissatisfied in anyway with our service. We have reviewed your concerns with both our scheduler and our driver who himself has 30 years in the business. It is our understanding that we were called to provide pumping of your septic tank 2 months ago on June 16th 2014. At that time, the driver pumped the tank properly. We were not aware of any issues until receiving your review. Since then, we've tried to contact you but you have not been available. We also sent our superintendent by to discuss your concerns but were asked to leave with no explanation of what the issue is. We encourage you to contact us at your convenience if you still have concerns. We take pride in our friendly personalized service and hope youll remain a Septic Services customer.
