My bathroom had been remodled about 4 years ago by Em Star Contractors.
This was a spare bathroom and rarely used. 2 years had passed
by the time we realized how bad the plumbing work was.
I tried to get Em Star to fix their mistakes and all I got was the runaround.
Fast forward to the present time and the fact that we had company coming to visit. Our visitors would have no bathroom to use unless we could find someone quick to repair the Em Star disaster.
I called profix and explained our problem to Cricket.
She immidiately took on the problem as if it were her own.
She set up a visit that very afternoon for an estimate.
The price was more than resonable and they started work 2 days later.
I expected 1 to 2 days of work as there was drywall to remove, Plumbing and fixture repair work, repairing drywall and painting.
The work was done in 1 day!
Mike was very proffesional and explained everything he was doing in detail.
This company is a rare find in a world where it is hard to know who to trust.
Any repair work in my home will be handeld by profix from now on.
