This could be a very good place if only the management would tend to patient related issues versus sucking the place dry with unheard of salaries and a board that does not care if the medical director does things of criminal nature,pays his defense attorney, ect. There are a few good physicians and nurses there and the need does exist for the facility. The best thing for this place would be to fire the active board, medical director and be purchased by a real hospital organization that does care about the budget, patient care, staff education, safety and the community. Unfortunately there have been many attempts to remove the poisonous head of this place with no success even though there have been federal charges brought up against him. That place is ran by intimidation and fear. I should know having been there.
