I recently went to Fox Eye Care Group at the Crabtree Valley Mall and was pleasantly surprised at what great service I received. The girls at the front desk greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me. I told them that I needed an eye exam because I had not had one in a few years. They told me that if I wanted I could be seen then by working me in between their patients that had appointments or I could schedule one. I really needed to be seen so I decided to wait. They explained the paperwork that I needed to fill out so they could file my insurance and then I went next door to Lenscrafters to look at frames. In no time at all they came and got me and did some tests before I saw the doctor, The doctor that day was Dr L Broza and I have never had such a pleasant exam where everything was explained so clearly.
