I was contacted a few days ago because I looked at their website. I gave them some information so they could see how many banks would work with me so I didnt "waste a trip out there" I was told 6 banks would work with me, so i went up there to look. I was only allowed to look at the outside of the cars, not allowed to test drive or even open up the damn doors. There in fact wasnt any banks that would work with me after I was told there was (i know my credit is not the best). So I called Ted and left a message explaining the situation and asked him to call me back because I felt manipulated into driving 32 miles to come look at trucks.....4 days later and nothing. Also I was never told a price on any of the cars I was looking at nor was there a price on the sticker....why hide the price? It just seemed sketchy. I was supposed to have an appt. with Melissa when they opened and when I got there she was "busy" and I had to deal with another salesmen. Based on the review below, that seems to be a trend.
