Review content:
I came to Long Beach for a business trip staying at Best Western Golden Sails with their Gov't rate program. Can't say enough about the quality of service at the hotel. The biggest impression i had was on a Thursday morning when i could not find my wallet in my room fearing i had dropped it outside the night prior....I spent an hour combing the room looking for it and could not find it convinced i had lost it- awful feeling! I spoke with just about everyone on the staff asking if they had seen it or if anyone had turned it in. Unfortunately nobody had seen it but all knew to keep an eye out for it if it turned up, making it a priority to find it. A few hours later returning to my room i was greeted at my room by 3 hotel managers saying Amelia the maid had found it in my room while she was doing her daily cleaning! It had slipped in a crack on the chair in my room precariously wedged against the chair back support (and hiding itself really well). They had left it in place and showed me where it was found. I couldn't be happier that it was found! Thanks Best Western for the amazing support! What a true group of professionals!\r \r Highly recommend the Golden Sails for all of your conferences. You will not be disappointed! Really the best deal around\r
