Review content:
My 18 year old daughter locked her keys in her car in Austin. We had no spare. Called Pop-A-Lock and they told me it would be 30-45 minutes and would cost $48. After an hour, I called them again and they said they had already come by, and even asked for her then left. She was at volleyball gym which is housed on a small campus. Only one way in and out. Her brother went to the lot to wait for the driver since it was getting late and dark. He actually sat on the car waiting. Once more I called the company and they told me they would go back, but it would be an additional $10. What were we to do? After the car was opened, I called the company to tell them their driver lied about two visits. I said, ""Im sure as a business owner you would want to know your driver never showed up but once...,"" The owner hung up on me. Passing my story along. Be Warned!
