I called Bert from long distance to order flowers for my sister's special milestone birthday & the flowers I saw in Deerwood's web site & what was delivered to my sister were two completely different things. The arrangement only had 1/4 of the flowers, a bunch of greenery & I paid a lot if money. The picture showed a lot of roses & pink Lillie's & barely could see greenery and was so full. Truly disappointed & angry because Bert says he goes by the guide how to make the arrangement. Well we don't know this! So why show a picture in your web site of an arrangement & deliver something else?! My options that he offered is make the arrangement over again the same way which is my issue or a refund. How can I take the flowers away from my sister who just barely had her milestone birthday but also had her 3rd breast cancer surgery! Never again will I use this flower shop! The web site shows beautiful full flower arrangements & they deliver something else cause they have guides to make the flower arrangements, what??!!! Then show the true flower arrangement you're going to deliver in the web site.
