5 plus stars for Detlef! He was delayed in getting to our house, and worked from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm clearing our clogged main drain. He was very careful not to get our carpets and shelving ( where the drain pipe came down) dirty, as well as doing his cleanout. He was very nice, knowledgeable and professional in his work, saving us from further repairs. Hope to have him again next year when we schedule a maintenance cleanout.
