Review content:
I took my wife in the day after Thanksgiving (very busy and no seats)to see if she had pneumonia. She signed in and was told it would be 3 hours. We left and came back 2 hours later and the front end people said she shouldn't have left and put her on bottom of list (another 2 hours). They said you couldn't leave but when I asked something that stated that they said always a rule. Why would they want sick people in a confined place and force them to wait? Rules are arbitrary and front end people are not nice just argumentative. Manager no where to be found. The also said not affiliated with Northside Hospital yer their web page says strategic alliance. In my opinion very mismanaged and I will never take my family back.
