Dear Dr. Harini Reddy:
As always, it was a pleasure having my dental needs performed by your Dental Staff. During my last visit I was introduce your new Dentist and new Dental Hygienist. They are delightful and very professional addition to your office.
I never got around to telling you how wonderful my experiences were during my bi-annual visits. I like the way your receptionist call me just before my scheduled office visits. If for some reason, I forget I have that gentle reminder. My last scheduled appoint, there was a conflict with my schedule; your receptionist politely arrange a new date for me.
I was absentminded in sharing my gratitude for allowing my 91 year old father to visit your office on short notice to replace his broken crown. I thank you for this service. My father sincerely enjoyed his treatment by your staff and you. He talked about his visit on several occasions; you and your staff must have left a very good impression during his two visits.
I am very pleased with our business and dental relationship. I got to meet your family on a few occasions over the years in your office. You have such a nice family; I know you are very proud.
In closing, thank you for being such a professional and highly skilled dentist. The people I had directed your way for dental needs were highly pleased with your service.
