Very impressed!
Steven scheduled my service call for the same day, and was even flexible with the time they'd come out. Then, John even called to say he could be there early! Most other contractors are at least 30 minutes to an hour late.
John was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me what was wrong, what could be wrong in the future and gave me a few maintenance pointers. And, the cost was surprisingly reasonable.
Thanks for the great experience! I'll definitely call back.
