WOW! In this day and age of REALLY POOR customer service standards from major companies, The staff at this particular Enterprise location is in one word...PROFESSIONALLY INCREDIBLE! OOPS..2 words... I have dealt with this dynamic team of individuals led by a great manager...John is awesome, his attitude and overall great personality inspires his staff to over deliver every single time. I have had over 15 rental agreements with them this year. I feel like a family member every time I walk through the doors(I could do without being called Mr.) There has ben one incident that the roadside service really blew an issue with me that cost me a ton of time and a good bit of money, while the support for roadside was abysmal, John and his crew stepped and won me over and has earned my admiration and respect! Thanks John, Nicole, Marty, Adrian, Shelly and the guys in the green shirts that do the running and cleaning...they are an awesome group of guys...I recommend them ...visit and see what customer service is all about!
