I didn't know about Choate's until I saw an ad on TV. My vents were dirty and had not been cleaned in 10 years, so I was having problems. Choate's is a big family, and the youngest came out when I called them. He was so sweet, and I felt like I knew him because I saw them on TV. It eased my mind and I didn't feel like they were strangers or would rip me off. The family is nice and organized. I didn't have any problems with them. They did a wonderful job and even called afterwards to see if everything was okay with the vents. I really do recommend them and will call them again.
