I just moved to Chicago from Arizona and because of the pot holes needed to replace my shocks. They got in in right away, offered me a ride home while they worked, but I prefered to stay and just work on my laptop. Bob even offered me the use of a desk in the back! I got the wifi password and sat next to their coffee machine (the french vanilla is quite the treat!) and got a lot of work done in their clean waiting area while the work was done. I was offered donuts too :-). I was given a student discount because my fiance is at the University of Chicago. All in all, it was half of what the dealer would have charged and I met some really nice guys. I will certainly be back and will recommend City Tire to others.
