We had a plumbing emergency (our water in our shower/bath wouldn't shut off. My husband called A-1 American and got ahold of a technician right away. Within an hour, they showed up at our house ready to diagnose the problem. Both Larry & John were very professional, and explained everything that they were doing through the whole process. Both techs went above and beyond in their customer service, technical abilities, and made both myself and my husband both know that we were in ""good hands"". \r

I cannot praise these 2 techs enough and would like to praise the company for having these 2 men as they are a huge asset to the company. Whenever I need help again, I definitely will call A-1 American as the company has very much impressed me! I will recommend this company to everyone I know!
