Review content:
We were purchasing appliances for our new home, we needed a gas range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We stopped in at Allen and Petersen on 3 different occasions. All three times we were treated very poorly by the sales associates. Buying quality items is important to me but I also shop price. My husband and I do quite well financially so buying these appliances was not an issue. I felt as though the sales associates turned their nose up at me because I was inquiring about cost and sale items. Their attitude was very snotty, when I asked about the current rebate for Bosch, I was told it was only for the higher end appliances, I asked if she would show me which appliances were included in the rebate. The sales associate pointed to her left and said "they are over there" turned around and walked off. I just walked out of the store, I can spend my money elsewhere!
I purchased my refrigerator about 10 months ago from this store and the sales associate was very helpful and did a great job. That's why I went back. After the last 3 times of stopping in looking for appliances, I won't be back.
