I went to visit a dear friends grandmother and OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked into the hallways that led to granny;s Room and of course the halls wreaked with urine and ungodly odors..I entered Granny's room and there she sat on her bed and OMG the smell was horrific Her room mate stated she had sat there on her bed in a pool of urine and her own feces since 7 20 am...This is inhumane ....We turned heads when I got through with the administrator and the RN as well as other officials that should take pride in what they do.....That was not the case they do not care...Granny will be moved...The rooms are nasty...BTW she had sores on her feet and body where they neglected her..The first time I went to see her I demanded someone clean her room and a CNA stated she had to take care of the 200's How in the hell does one CNA take care of that many patients!!!!!!!!1 I want the owners to take ownership of this...It's all about money 6000.00 per month unbelievable........How and why does this happen? My answer is no one will open their mouth,,,The Facility's response was and will always be the same excuse We are sorry we will do better WFT is that!!!!!!!! They cover up so much BS...I did turn heads but did it do any good? I will be finding out who the owners are shortly and let everybody know with a phone number....It's very sad we throw our elderly out that way and rest homes like this continue getting by with abuse and negligence. You think your love ones will be safe and taken well care of...Think twice and do your research and run like hell...
