I took my cat there after another vet told me to put him to sleep because of urinary problems. He was a year old. Dr. Freedman saved his life - and he is now 11 years old and very healthy!\r

I always feel as though my pets are loved by the staff - when I lost an elderly dog to cancer, the staff mourned with me. I received condolence cards, even from the vets who had only met the dog once.\r

I have never met anyone who has had a bad experience there so of course I am surprised to see the negative feedback shown here.
