The guys below, John H (for one that wasn't the name he gave to us), has completely switched the story. The reason his quote changed (not doubled but went up a few hundred) is because the location was not where he originally said. It went from being in Richmond to Northern Virginia....a two hr distance. Yes, the price will go up due to gas and labor which should be expected. It was not a $1000 job. Mr. Long was never rude to him. He doesn't curse in the office so I wouldn't expect him to curse at a commercial. I agree that it would be unprofessional to do that. As many people that have said in our other reviews how professional we are, do you expect the owner to be the unprofessional one? We have been in business for over 55 years and pride ourselves in our great work. We are doing something right to be in business that long.
