Review content:
Upon retrieving our dog from a seven day stay we found to sores on the side of his face. Apparently the kennels staff did not notice not attend to these injuries as nothing was said to is about this condition when we picked him up. I feel terrible about the neglect our pet suffered while there.

Kim, it is unfortunate to learn of such displeasure with Potter's Stay. He had such a fabulous time playing with the other dogs and our staff really enjoyed caring for him. We had assumed you were very pleased upon picking him up after witnessing all of the excitement and kisses he provided you. We are very sorry to learn of such sores and hope he is well.
