We have been through 5 pool maintenance and service providers in central Illinois with various degrees of dissatisfaction attended toeach, except Imperial Pools . Beyond all doubt Imperial Pools is superior to ALL in terms of knowledge, skill, timlieness, billing and overall customer service. Whenever I have needed major work or a solution to an insolvable pool problem, Noel the owner of Imperial Pools has always done an excellent job and done it quickly. They have fixed my defective salwater system, installed a new vinyl liner, fixed and reinstalled an automatic pool cover, repaired pumps and heaters, They have come out =after sunset to fulfill a service delivery promise, donned scuba gear to discover what would have been an impossible to discover source of a water leak, and given me complete and helpful explanations of the causes of problems and advice on how to manage the pool that make me a better pool operator. I now use Imperial Pools for my routine opening and closings as well. They may not be the least expensive pool service provides but for the quality of their performance Imperial Pools is a bargain! I have recommended them to every pool owner I know.
