Review content:
I have lived here since January of 2012. I absolutely love couple things about this place, and absolutely hate everything else. The staff and the location are what I like about it. The people in the office are always courteous. Everything you need is within walking distance, less than two blocks. \r
What I don't like is everything else. The building is not secure and you can get in pretty easily without a key due to gaps in the gates and idiotic residents who just let anybody walk through into the garage. Management only a couple months ago hired security guards, and there are very few cameras around. I've had several of my bicycles destroyed or stolen from bike racks. People let their dogs defecate everywhere inside the building, which I wouldn't care about if they cleaned up after themselves. The construction is advertized as upscale and a cut above anywhere else, yet once you get inside you see all the trim is made of fiberboard instead of wood, the carpet is thin, most of the windows don't open, all the ""stainless steel"" appliances are not at all stainless. Magnets don't stick to real quality stainless. The website payment system is not forgiving if you have difficulties with payment for any reason at all. They also do not give you the bonus for referring someone to live there as they advertise, and they do not reimburse your deposit in a timely manner. I still haven't received the portion of my pet deposit I was supposed to get back after my first year was up.\r

Horrible company popping up garbage homes and duping the rich and stupid into living here. I moved in because it is so close to work, but $1.3k for a 600 sqft. studio is not acceptable when it isn't any different from staying in a cheap motel room. Only thing they don't have in common is my home doesn't smell like an old meth lab. Don't move here unless you have to.
