Bryan Animal Hospital is nothing like what most of you described! The techs are so kind and always professional. All of the receptionists are polite and get you set up with whatever you need, whether it's an appointment or paperwork, immediately. My pets have been cared for by each of the veterinarians, and all were kind and helpful. They did only what they thought was necessary, explained everything to me beforehand, and gave me lots of options. The grooming service is phenomenal. It seems like the building is always clean and well organized. I have never been rushed or spoken to rudely. The prices are competitive with other vets in the area. I have never had a problem; it doesn't seem to be possible. I send everyone I know to this vet - they're the best around!
