I took my Samson there in need of being put to sleep. After a long hard fight & a tearful goodbye I THOUGHT I could trust them to get THIS right. I made the appointment & walked him in so they KNEW we were coming & WHY. I'm in the room with Sam. The first leg they shave & the vet pokes & goes squirming around in his leg with the needle like a junkie! No joy he pokes the second leg a repeat of the first. at this point I'm thinking Jesus idiot why didn't you start a catheter to secure the vein in the first place third leg he hits the vein then rushes the shot & collapses the vein. at this point I'm livid & Sam is scared & knows something is going wrong. I put my arms around him to calm him while the "vet" went to get another shot. I looked at the tech & said this is going badly & even she said yes it is. The vet comes back in the room sticks the FOURTH leg & FINALLY gets the whole shot in. This was NOT a pet Sam was my SERVICE DOG I WILL NEVER WALK ANOTHER LIVING CREATURE INTO THIS OFF
