Review content:
I've taken my two dogs to this clinic for almost 3 years. In that time the clinic has: co-mingled the charts resulting in treatment errors, overlooked required vaccinations and tests (necessitating repeat visits), and made drug errors in terms of dosages and which animal to medicate. The last straw: one of my dogs has a v. painful condition and has been on a preseciption for the past week without improvement. The possible (to be fair) reason? THEY DISPENSED MEDICATION THAT EXPIRED BEFORE I USED IT. She's now on "fresh" meds and was nearly pain-free after just a few hours.
PROS: Right now I'm too angry to see any positives.
CONS: Disorganization at best, incompetence at worst.
