Review content:
We contracted with Synthetic's R Us to do our custom home, the owner's name is Paul Montes. Not only was his performance a disaster, we were nervous about the end result as he and his ""crew"" completed the job. Our dream home was RUINED! We have cracks in the wall, many areas of stucco just falling off and the color faded to a heinous streaked mess. I know this is not characterstic of stucco because we lived in a stucco home before. I have since learned he has been sued numerous times and we discussed with an attorney suing him, but figured we would get no where. Everytime we called about needing this corrected he avoided our calls or had his wife screen his calls. We finally settled with our homeowner's insurance and got a professional contractor to come out and fix the mess made by Synthetic's R Us! PLEASE save yourself the PAIN and DO NOT call these people! I have since talked to many with similar stories about this company!
Pros: No pro's only headache
Cons: Everything related to this contractor, Synthetics R Us was a CON!
