I received their promotional advertisement in the mail that offered a free $250 gas card with test drive. I go to the dealership and find a truck that suited my needs, arrange for the test drive and the truck is running like crap (hesitation then surge). I asked the sales guy is it supposed to do that ?He answered "I don't know ". So even through all this they convince me to spend a half an hour filling out loan applications that I never intended to follow through with to be told that they would sign me up for the free gas and i would receive vouchers in my email.two months have passed and still no email. So now i have to go back down there and see the manager listen to their sales pitch. No I am not buying a car from you, and you better have the vouchers you promised me months ago or this wont be the last bad review you see here and i bet call Kurtis would be all over this misrepresentation in your advertising campaign.
