Review content:
We had our in-laws and several guests in town to spend the weekend with us. After an afternoon of swimming and BBQ, we settled in for the evening. Unfortunately, the outdoor condenser associated with our upstairs AC unit decided it had had enough while the kids were watching DVDs. With temps still near 90F at 9P, I contacted Schmidt Mechanical for assistance. Rusty arrived shortly thereafter and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue repairing the condenser fan motor. Before long, the 2nd level was nice and cool just in time for everyone to get ready for bed. Even though he was called out late on a Saturday night, Rusty demonstrated a great attitude and excellent customer service. So glad we have a maintenance agreement with Schmidt.
