NEVER USE CAPE FEAR FLOORING!!!!\r
For those of you in the area, avoid Cape Fear Flooring like the plague! I am so mad right now that I can't see straight. First, it took me a week to get a quote, and that was after I called twice to ask for it. Then, the materials took twice as long as they said for them to come in; again I had to call twice to find out where our stuff was. THEN THEY ORDERED THE WRONG THING! What was supposed to be a 1-day project took NINE DAYS! And after all this, they give me a 5% discount, which the manager thinks is more than fair, and is twice what she was going to offer me. BEYOND PISSED!!!\r

On a side note, the guys who actually did the work did a great job. If I could hire them without having to do any business with Cape Fear Flooring, I would.
