Review content:
My young horse was in training at D Bar W when she developed impaction colic. I used the vet that was suggested by the trainer there (he was in Texas). I begged Dave to shipp her to the emergency clinic and he told me no trailer was available...With close to 70 horses on the property- no trailer was available! It took me 3 hours to get to her with a trailer. She suffered alone in their round pen in 90 degree heat. When I got there, Dave was taking a leisurly stroll atround the property on a horse while my filly rolled and screamed in pain. Dave then informed us that he was not happy with the way the vet handled her colic from the beginning, even though he never said anything to me until we were forcing her onto a trailer to take her to an emergency clinic.. Stay away!!!!
