My husband and I loved this F150 Truck we saw their, and made numerous attempts to speak with the internet sales person who was never available. We had completed a credit application, got them to appraise the vehicle for our trade in. We saw three different sale personnel, and the last salesman. told us at 630pm, he couldn't find the application, and they couldn't do anything for us today on a weekday. Really ! This ordeal had been going on for two weeks. If our credit was denied just tell us. The salesmen were polite, but not a help to us. I have never been in a dealership where they didn't want to sale a car, until my visit to Rod Baker Ford. I will discourage anyone from buying there in the future.
