WOW i just had the most awful experience with Danielle at Enterprise off Monument in concord ca.. First let me begin with the fact I signed up for a reservation but still ended up waiting an hr for the car which had not been delivered yet. I was promised there would be 15% taken off all final charges for my discomforts. We rented the smallest version car to save gas and saved up for the gas program because we were told its cheaper. To make a long story short we lost the keys and ended up getting the car towed overnight to avoid being charged an extra day. Drove about 2 gallons. The next day i get on the phone with Danielle who tells me im being charged 339 in full for everything. I said how can that be? She told me they charged about 230 for the tow truck plus the charges for the day. i said how could i be charged $100 dollars for a days rental when i was told it was 29.99 plus gas. She said they charged $40 for gas which i claimed was an outrage being we only drove 2 gallons and it w
