Review content:
The company never showed up. I called and confirmed the appt the day before and instructed them that I wanted the morning move. The person on the other line told me ""I would be pleasantly surprised by the service."" That was a joke! I was truly surprised when they never showed on my schedule move for Wednesday 11/28/12. I called them at 9am and was told someone else was given priority and that they would be there at 12 or 1pm. Again waited and no show. Called them at 1pm and told be there at 330pm. Again waited no show. So due to needing help with the move I called the main office and rescheduled for the next day for the morning and was promised they would be there. I had to take time off of work and guess what - no show again. I waited till 8am and called and was told I wasn't even on the list for a move. They tried to scramble around to find someone and again was told that maybe someone could be there at 12pm. I ended up giving up on them and renting a U-haul and getting help on the fly from some family and friends. I URGE YOU. Read the reviews this company has history of not showing up to move people. I wish I would have checked the reviews before hand. OH Well.
