I totally agree with anonymous. I went to this shop for a wheel alignment and it took te guy about 5 minutes to tell me he couldn't align my truck because I had bad wheel bearings. I told him that the bearings were new, about a month old and he had a suprised look on his face and said "oh really" then I need to have my lower ball joints replaced. I asked if they were both bad? He said, um it's best to replace both at the same time. I asked how bad were they. He the left ball joint ad a little play in it. I said..and the right joint? He says "I should have them both replaced" He couldn't keep eye contact with me an was very shady. So without me giving the ok or saying anyting,he was already printing out my paperwork for what HE suggested doing without my approval. He showed me the printout and pointed out in detail. $152.30 for EACH BALL JOINT!!! $324.00 for labor at $90.00 an hour, $20.00 for shop supplies,and $45.00 in tax coming to a WHOPPING $693.00 to replace my 2 lower ball joints
