You are right. I have the same story. \r
I bought a camry and took it to firestone for manufacturer service at 105000 miles and to change tires. They changed the engione oil, flushed the transmission fluid, changed coolant, and made approx. $500. Well, the steering was making grinding sound when fully turn to left after that so i took it back to them, and they said change the sway tool kit and charged another $80. Meanwhile, I went into the garage and saw oil spread all over the engine and when asked the mechanic he was not even aware of that. Well, he checked and said I can not see any leak it should be fine.\r
Well, now my car is making grinding sound when I am turning right and left both and the oil is also leaking.\r
