Review content:
I stopped in to have my tires rotated, front end alignment and tire balance. Waited 3.5 hours and then when they were finished I learned that they put two new front tires on my car which I had not authorized. They then told me that they had to put new tires on because of excessive side wear on them. They justified this by saying that they could not perform the front end alignment on the car unless the two front tires were replaced. I told the service rep. that it would have been nice to inform me of this before they replaced the two front tires. The of course replaced them with some of the most expensive tires. I will never take my auto to another Firestone again; especially this one in Conroe.
