live off of newark road in landenberg pa, kennett square school district. redid two bedrooms and two bathrooms and my kitchen in addition to a front entrance area that sits on the side of my house. had my house appraised after the work and it went up far more than i imagined in value. my goals of construction were to make my home nice while i am still living here and make it so the value at resale time went up considerably. i wanted to hire someone who knew what they were talking about and who knew what look the average consumer is going to like so that i was putting in things that would appeal to potential buyers. i had bryan come out. told him my goals. told him my budget. he showed up every day early. he worked nonstop, quietly, and neatly and he completed everything thoroughly. the other thing i liked is that this guy doesnt tell you to put in the stuff that's just sitting in a showroom somewhere. the choices out there are amazing and he is able to get them and negotiate on your behalf to get the lowest prices. he passes on his contractor discounts to you also. i also liked the integrity of legacy. if i ever had a question, i got in touch with them immediately or they called me back within seconds. every person who comes into my house asks me who did the work because it is just captivating. bryan also thinks about every little detail so that what you put in is functional for your lifestyle. he checks in on you after the work is done. i get christmas cards mailed to me from them and anybody in my area could call me and i'd give them a list of reasons why i'd hire bryan again.
