My tile grout was very, very dark. I was really past due for a deep steam cleaning on my tile and grout lines, but I kept pushing it off. I was expecting the tile and grout restoration cleaning to cost me $500 to $600, but when I got the estimate from Carpet Cleaning Windermere, they said it would about half the price I was expecting. After the tile cleaners measured the tiled rooms, they charged me a little bit under the amount that was estimated due to less square feet. The technician took his time scrubbing, and deep cleaning my tile and grout, steaming, and sealing. After the grout completely dried, I could see a world's difference! It feels so great to finally have the grout and tile so clean. You will not be disappointed if you hire them!!!
