During a previous visit to reprogram a restraints control module, Kim ordered a new battery cover. When it was delivered to the maintenance he immediately called me to let me know I could bring my car in at my convenience and he would install it in no more than 20 minutes. I showed up without appointment and sure enough, he had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Efficient, courteous and professional service. Can't say enough good about the whole experience.
