I've been going to this supercuts for awhile and Norma is amazing... Some of the girls like Delaney in particular are VERY lazy. In the past Delaney has told me she can't do a wash dry and flat iron because she is only allowed to do them on certain days and times. Funny because none of the other ladies over two years ever had such a restriction. Moreover I had extensions out in and everyone BUT Delaney knew how to have me sign a waiver and wash and dry them... Delaney says they can't even wash your hair with extensions.... Thus find a different branch cause here you might get Delaney... The laziest stylist I've ever met!!!!!
