Review content:
We returned home late one afternoon from a long trip to discover our house had flooded. Called Roto-Rooter at 5 pm and they had a technician out by 7 pm to diagnose the problem. Their team arrived the next morning and confirmed the findings then proceeded to fix the leak, performing a re-route. They were professional, kept me informed of their work throughout the day and completed the task. Then they swept up their mess! I was very impressed with the way they did their work, and interacted with me. Roto-Rooter will always be my first call!
